Sydney band BLUEJUICE are strapping on their dancing shoes in 2010 for their very first BIG DAY OUT tour. BLUEJUICE are a rock band mixing hip hop back beat with 80’s melody, fusing ska and disco with punk elements…confused? so are they…perhaps deeply! However the result is a truly dynamic band whose live performances combine drums, bass, keys and two harmonizing singers to create an eclectic, electric, thumping rock party.

Songs like Head Of The Hawk see the band take on new forms, mixing hip hop backbeat with 80s melody to deliver surprisingly emotional pop, while Little Emperor and Miss Johnston weld ska and pounding disco to Iggy Pop’s raucous punk, their live rendition of Broken Leg feels like it could have various members of Van Halen, Thin Lizzy and The Who carving it up on the dancefloor and tearing their collective hair out.

BLUEJUICE are unpredictable and entertaining to the max which all translates to a deeply diverse and intriguing live show…not to be missed across Australia this summer at the BIG DAY OUT 2010.
